I work varying hours M-F, with limited evening hours
I prefer to find a regular day/time each week or biweekly that works for both of our schedules and flex as needed

Do you offer online or in-person coaching?
I offer both online and in-person
If you are local, we can meet at my office in Bonners Ferry, ID
If you are not local or prefer virtual, we will meet via zoom or another agreed upon method
Do you work with children, couples, and families?
I currently only work with individuals 18+
I can provide referrals for couples/family therapy and can coordinate with your couples/family therapist as appropriate
I can help you find a local provider for a minor if you are looking for services for someone under 18 years of age
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours of notice for cancellation (no fees charged)
If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice, you will be charged full price for session
I understand there are unforeseen circumstances, illnesses, issues with work and/or children.I try to be as accommodating as possible and I will attempt to reschedule, if possible, when these issues arise
If anything arises on my end, I will reach out to cancel and reschedule as soon as possible
How long can I expect to be doing therapeutic life coaching?
This is a very personal journey and everyone’s goals look different
I have worked with some individuals for 4-6 months and have worked with others for 1-2 years, decreasing their frequency over time
Everyone’s process is their own and we will discuss frequently how you are feeling in regards to your ongoing needs, progress, and frequency of sessions
I try my best to answer emails within 24-48 hours, between Monday – Fridays
What is your intake process?
After the free consultation call, if you decide to move forward, we’ll talk through scheduling, next steps together and you will be given a link to complete a digital intake questionnaire
Before our first session, I’ll take time to review your completed intake questionnaire so I can begin to understand your history and your needs
